Website & Domain- When you become an event organizer with us, we'll give you your very own domain name and website. Plus, we'll provide you with some top-notch back end administrative system software to help you build your events. And the best part? Our Speed Dating module is included! This will make organizing your events a breeze. Website Hosting - We pay for the website hosting on our end. Search Engine Optimization. The website will its own domain name, but you will benefit with "link juice" from our Parent Websites. If you become an event organizer with us, you'll have your own small business with us as your coach on an ongoing basis. You'll have access to our proven system of running successful events, which means you'll have a leg up on the competition. And if you already have another business, like real estate or financial advising, our events are a great way to cross-promote your services in a non-salesy way.As the event organizer, you'll automatically have social proof and will start building a rapport with attendees. This means that they may come back to your events on a continuous basis, which will help you build a loyal customer base.
Being personable is also a key quality we're looking for. Our attendees can be nervous, so it's important that you're able to make them feel welcome and comfortable. You should be able to think on your feet and come up with creative solutions when necessary. When you're dealing with the public, anything can happen! Being computer-savvy and a self-starter is a must. Financial responsibility is also important, which is why we require all organizers to have a credit card. This helps ensure that you're financially responsible and ready to take on this opportunity. Attention to detail is a must-have quality for our event organizers. You should be organized and pay meticulous attention to details. And last but not least, being social media-savvy is a big plus! You'll be expected to promote our events on social media, so being active on Facebook and other platforms is a big helpLastly, we may ask you to fulfill other duties that are reasonably requested by the company and agreed to by you as the contractor.
One of your tasks will be to identify and secure appropriate venues, but we'll guide you through our proven system to help you find quality locations. You'll also need to answer and return phone calls and emails from interested individuals, and market and advertise our events. This could involve leaving promotional cards and flyers at local businesses, attending trade shows, and getting lists of local sources that publish singles events. As the organizer, you'll be responsible for organizing and preparing the events, including building specific events online and generating print materials. During the event, you'll be facilitating and ensuring everything runs smoothly. After the event, you'll need to process and send the results of matches to participants within 14 hours. Background ScreenA full background check including searches of driver records (looking for DWIs etc), criminal records, credit report, civil litigation, rent/prior employer references and others searches would be conducted. You would also be required to sign a non-compete agreement, enforceable for 24 months. Applicants with DWI or criminal convictions will not be considered. What
